Dahra graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology. She then completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in Australia. Dahra has developed a wealth of clinical experience across hospital, mobile, private practice, and aged care settings. Dahra has a passion for sports and athletic performance. In Australia, she worked for a competitive Australian Rules Football team, where she provided injury advice and prevention, athletic taping, and basic first aid. Additionally, she was on a full college scholarship during her undergraduate studies at UC Davis, playing NCAA Division I tennis.
Her treatment method involves a mix of manual therapy with exercise prescription. She believes in utilizing a holistic approach to enable you to find your optimal function and achieve your goals. She offers IMS and Clinical Pilates and can provide services in intermediate Spanish.
Outside the clinic, Dahra can be found playing tennis, exploring new hikes around Vancouver and BC, and snowboarding.
