Pelvic floor physiotherapy is also an integral part of pre- and post-partum care. Postpartum is an intense time. There are so many adjustments, changes, and transitions. During postpartum, women and their families experience many things that impact their mental, emotional, and physical health. These three areas of health are all intertwined. Dysfunctions in pelvic floor health can contribute to pain, discomfort, and limitations in function. 

We would like to see you for your Postnatal Check Up! 

Internal examinations are recommended after 6 weeks postpartum. However, we encourage you to come in or book a telehealth visit right away!
