Angie has always had an interest in pelvic health, specifically working with pre and postnatal individuals. Angie is an evidence driven therapist with skills in exercise prescription, IMS/acupuncture and manual therapy techniques. While working over the last few years, she has completed several pelvic health courses. These include: Pregnancy, Caesarean Birth, Pelvic Girdle Pain and the Pelvic Floor. She also completed her Pelvic Floor Training (PHS Levels 1-3) that focus on urinary incontinence, pelvic pain through a trauma informed lens, and a biopsycosocial treatment approach. Lastly, her interests extend to breast cancer patient’s recovering from radiation, surgery, hormone therapy and chemotherapy.

This combined knowledge allowed her to gain valuable practice in working with women who were experiencing different pregnancy and pelvic health journeys. These experiences deepened her prior interest in allied health care for pre and postnatal care.

Angie grew up on the Vancouver North Shore, where she enjoyed staying active and being outdoors. She trained competitively in volleyball, soccer, and track and field. Currently you can still find her enjoying skiing, running, and hiking.

Angie looks forward to helping you get back to your unique activities and interests.
