During this time Cassandra developed a passion for pelvic health, leading her to additionally become fully certified in Pelvic Healthphysiotherapy (Level I, II and III). This has allowed her to help treat people with a variety of conditions including prolapse, incontinence and pelvic girdle pain, as well as help people during their individual pregnancy journeys. Cassandra has supplemented this certification with specialized training in Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain, Labour and Delivery, Chronic Pain and the Sensitive Nervous System, The Female Athlete, Breast Cancer, Pelvic Floor Oncology as well as Treating Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse, Sexual Assault and Birth Trauma. This has lead her to approach treatment through a biopsychosocial and trauma-informed lens, looking at the person as a whole.

As a former competitive soccer player, equestrian and ski racer, Cassandra understands the importance of both prevention and rehabilitation to keep her clients remaining healthy and active.

Cassandra’s treatment approach is evidence-based and focuses on the whole person, giving her clients a well-rounded and individualized approach to maximizing recovery and promoting wellness. Cassandra has experience working with clients of all ages and abilities and enjoys helping each individual reach their own personal goals.
