NATASHA LAZECKI (SHE/HER)
Registered Physiotherapist & Pelvic Health
BSc, MScPT
Natasha grew up in New Westminster, where her love for sports and the outdoors shaped her
passion for health and science. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon
Fraser University while competing in track and field at the NCAA level. She then pursued a
Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Leeds Beckett University in the UK. During her academic journey, Natasha developed a strong interest in pelvic health, drawn to the beautifully complex and often underappreciated role it plays in overall well-being. After completing her physiotherapy degree, she became certified in pelvic health physiotherapy, successfully completing all levels (I, II, and III).

Natasha continues to expand her expertise by taking advanced courses and collaborating with colleagues. She is passionate about helping clients understand their pelvic health and empowering them to overcome challenges such as pelvic pain, incontinence, and prenatal or postpartum concerns. Natasha takes a compassionate and collaborative approach to care, working closely with each client to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals. She combines education, manual therapy, and targeted exercise to help clients build strength, confidence, and improved function. Her practice focuses on supporting clients with pelvic pain conditions, incontinence, prenatal and postpartum recovery, as well as general orthopaedic concerns. She is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages achieve a better quality of life through improved health and awareness.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys staying active through hiking, gravel biking, kayaking, and
skiing. When she’s not outdoors, she’s often experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or
exploring new destinations through travel.
